The ReWild Business Assessment, based on decades of research and observation of over 1,500 companies, delivers an in-depth report that connects the dots between surface symptoms and key missing elements in your business.
In order to create your company's report, we need you to complete this submission form. The questions we ask are a bit unique. The good thing is that you should have all of the answers in your head—no need to dig up a business plan or sweat over financials.
We’re going to ask you about:
Company Basics (number of employees and years in business)
How you prioritize People, Profit, and Process in your organization
What challenges your organization is facing
The level of confidence/caution in your organization
How the Executive, Manager, and Staff layers of your organization interact
Your leadership style
How you as a leader divide your time as a Visionary, Manager, and Specialist
The progress your organization has made on the Rules of Growth
And how well the key elements of business have been established in your organization
The assessment will take you 20-30 minutes to complete. Review each question and provide the most accurate response you can.
Who in the company should complete the form?
The RBA process is a single submission per company and should be completed by the CEO, in part because some of the answers are individualized. The CEO may choose to have others provide input into the answers, in which case they would just need to review the questions together during the submission process.
