    Every business operates within a specific Stage of Growth, which reflects its size, structure, and complexity. This stage determines the unique challenges and opportunities your business faces. During this part of the workshop, you’ll:

    • Identify your current Stage of Growth.

    • Get the Stage Card that aligns with your size and understand the meaning behind each dimension.

    • Understand why businesses at different stages experience similar challenges.

  2. Three Faces of a Leader
    At different times during the growth of a business, the leader is required to put more emphasis in one are than another. This section will cover:

    • The meanings behind the “three faces”: Manager, Specialist, and Visionary.

    • How to know which “face” to wear most often, depending on your Stage.

    • What to expect for the next Stage of Growth so you’re not caught off guard.

  3. The Non-Negotiable Rules
    For every Stage of Growth, there is a correlating set of Non-Negotiable Rules. What makes them non-negotiable? The research shows that unless a company is applying these rules systematically across each Stage of Growth, it is likely to experience significant problems that will result in a weaker business ecosystem. In the final part of the workshop, you’ll:

    • Discover the Non-Negotiable Rules that apply to your Stage of Growth.

    • Understand which rules should already be in place.

    • Look ahead to the next Stage to anticipate the changes that will be coming.
