About The Virtual Workshop
Brand & Core Values are your promise to the market and your team. The most important catalyst in an organization, these values form the cornerstone for everything that a company does and accomplishes. Without clear values, many companies struggle with employee retention, slow sales, and low morale. Brand & Core Values are often overlooked by leaders as an unnecessary or unimportant step. To the contrary, a business missing these vital elements will struggle, regardless of its size.
In this workshop, you’ll learn the criteria for defining and testing Brand & Core Values for your company. You’ll gain a better understanding of the impact they have on different areas of your business, and you’ll be ready to create your own. As with all ReWild Group workshops, you’ll receive a workshop kit in advance of the event with free downloads that will help you get the most out of the workshop and serve as references for the future.

What is ReWilding?
Rewilding is a scientific term that refers to the reintroduction of missing elements into an ecosystem to restore the system’s natural balance. (The grey wolves at Yellowstone provide a famous example.)
Businesses are ecosystems in their own right, and just like an ecosystem in the natural world, businesses often struggle when they are missing an essential element. Organizational ReWilding® is based on the model of a healthy ecological system; it infuses missing elements into a business or organization to restore health and balance.
Organizational ReWilding stems from more than 30 years of research of over 1,300 businesses, providing an extensive look at small and midsize businesses and the challenges they face. Backed by research and proven by application, Organizational ReWilding has the power to make your business resilient and profitable.
