Todd worked for 32 years at Rockwell Collins, a premier aerospace and defense company, where he specialized in continuous improvement while earning his Executive MBA from the University of Iowa. He also has a solid teaching record, dating back 13 years.
Todd has a strong desire to use his unique experiences to help organizations that may not have the existing, in-house resources of larger entities to solve issues. He is thrilled to be a Certified ReWilder and believes it will provide a new structure and methodology that will allow clients to uncover the underlying causes to major issues that their organization is having in any stage of growth.
