Katrece Boyd is a certified executive coach, business advisor, and former financial services leader with nearly two decades of experience helping small and mid-sized business owners strengthen operational efficiency, grow leadership capacity, and increase enterprise value. She is the Founder and CEO of Boyd Business Group, LLC, which specializes in guiding companies through the operational and organizational shifts required to sustain growth and achieve owner independence.
Her career has spanned financial services, retail, government, higher education, and entrepreneurship. She has led regional sales districts, advised high-growth ventures, facilitated strategic planning and implementation for private and public organizations, and built award-winning programs that support digital transformation and market expansion for small businesses.
Katrece holds a B.S. in Sales and Marketing from Tuskegee University and is currently pursuing her Executive MBA in Finance. She is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coach Federation, a certified Economic Development Finance Professional (EDFP) through Grow America, and trained in professional facilitation and Design Thinking techniques.
