Graeme brings 30+ years of diverse executive leadership, building and managing businesses both locally and internationally, from start-ups to multi-million dollar operations.
He understands the challenges of growing a business, having founded four companies. As an Executive Leader, Graeme led dramatic turnarounds at three companies, each time leading to a successful acquisition.
Graeme has always focused on growing the leadership capabilities of each of his teams, through coaching. Throughout his career, he has coached hundreds of people. It is this belief in people being the key to business success, that attracted him to the ReWilding process.
He is the President of The Alternative Board in the North Houston area.
A former professional rugby player, Graeme brings that same discipline, drive and passion to the people he works with.
Originally from the Bay of Islands, New Zealand, he and his family now call Houston TX, and The Woodlands, home.
