Charlie is the founder and Director of Orchard Coaching which has been designed to assist businesses to become more effective through taking a coaching approach to embed long lasting change. Charlie believes that the people and the relationships within a business are the business and therefore developing the people, teams and their relationships means you’re working on the foundation of the business from which exceptional businesses can then grow. This belief means Charlie is particularly focused on developing the performance of the leaders and management teams in small to medium businesses.
Charlie is a certified ICF Coach, certified trainer, Agile (SAFe ®) Coach and Practising Consultant with over 20 years in business including in the Consulting, Technology, Insurance, Engineering and Marketing industries. Previously, he has been Global Director of Marketing in WPP, Consultant transforming businesses to embrace Scaled Agile plus set-up a joint venture between Qantas and WPP AUNZ.
Charlie has combined his love of mountain biking and now owns a biking retail business whilst also an active Rugby coach over the last 10 seasons during which he has led his teams to win three international trophies.
Charlie is a certified Adviser based in Sydney and serves clients in Australia and across Asia Pacific.
